Maternity Leave Resources
Thank you for your interest in my practice. I am not currently accepting new clients, as Iām on maternity leave. I will return to my practice between mid-September and mid-October.
If you would like to access care sooner, here are some therapists and community resources that may be helpful to you. Wishing you all the best on your healing journey!

Community Resources
If you are in a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. Be sure to specify that you are experiencing a mental health emergency, and ask for a Crisis Intervention Team officer to respond.
If you are in crisis and need to speak with someone immediately:
National Suicide Prevention Lifeline: 988 or 1-800-273-8255
The Harris Center's Crisis Support Line: phone at 713-970-7000, option 1, OR text at 832-479-2135
If you are not in crisis, but need to speak with someone for support before I return, I recommend you contact one of the following community warmlines. A warmline is not a crisis hotline, but an alternative that provides free non-crisis support.
From the Hope and Healing Center & Institute's website: "Anyone can call a warmline (for free) to talk about their day, learn more about mental health resources in the area, and/or receive peer support as they themselves serve as a caregiver for a family member going through a mental health crisis."
NAMI Greater Houston: 9am-5pm M-F by phone at 713-970-4483
Houston Hope Line: 5pm-8pm daily by phone at 832-831-7337, or send a message at https://houstonhopeline.com/
